Photograph taken during a destination portrait session at Sacre Coeur Basilica in Paris France which sits on the top of a hill thought to be sacred from ancient times. The cobblestone streets and architecture of the Cathedral which is Romanesque-Byzantine Style and designed by architect Paul Abadie, are magnificent and lend to the texture of the Photography performed on the street there. Sacre Coeur which means sacred heart is in the 18th arrondismont of Montmartre, where the artists of Paris are to be found. Image taken in September, when the weather in Paris is perhaps the best of the year. Crisp mornings turn into pleasantly warm days, and flowers are still blooming in abundance all over the city. The gentleman is wearing a dark charcoal suit, and the woman is wearing an edressit.com fitted mermaid style dress in deep red. Working with Portrait Madame, Alice Prenate, this was our last stop during this couples portrait session. A celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary this destination portrait session was their gift to themselves for the love they have for each other. Image shot with a Canon 5DMIII and 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, and natural sunlight.
